Privacy Policy

Link na DM ("we") is a web application at linknadm.com that helps businesses and creators manage conversations on their Instagram professional accounts: reading and replying to Direct Messages and comments, and running automated replies they configure. This policy explains what data we process and why.

Data we collect

• Account data you give us: name, e-mail address and a hashed password.
• Instagram data, only after you connect your account with Instagram Login and grant permission: your Instagram user ID, username, name and profile picture; your posts and their comments; and the Direct Message conversations of your account.
• An Instagram access token issued by Meta, stored encrypted, used only to call the Instagram API on your behalf.
• Basic technical logs (time, operation, error messages) used to keep the service running. Message contents are not written to logs.

How we use it

• To show your Instagram conversations, posts and comments inside Link na DM.
• To send the replies and automated messages that you write or configure.
• To operate, secure and support the service.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except service providers needed to host the application, and when required by law.

Instagram Platform data

Data received from Instagram is used only to provide the features you use in Link na DM, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can remove our access at any time by disconnecting the account in Link na DM or in Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites).

Retention and deletion

When you disconnect an Instagram account, its access token and stored profile data are deleted immediately. You can ask us to delete your Link na DM account and all associated data — see our Data Deletion page.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed and access tokens are encrypted at rest.
